Process isn’t the enemy, but mistaking planning for progress is. Most people worship preparation and never cross into creation. The deeper truth is this: systems exist to serve momentum, not stall it.

The pattern that matters is not “process vs. anti-process,” but how quickly you can move from idea → action → feedback → refinement. The loop is the process. The map is alive. Anything else is ceremony without movement.
